Can't figure out what to bring along for an adventure? Here's a list of some of the essential items that can help you get started! Of course, this list is not exhaustive, and there are definitely many more items. 

Have you watched the Netflix “Animals on the Loose: A You vs. Wild Movie”? If you have not, you should definitely watch it! This movie is a ‘choose-your-own-adventure’ Netflix series that is interactive. The viewer (you) can make decisions for Bear Grylls. Also, try to spot the Luminox watch he wears during the movie!

There is now a new addition to the BEAR GRYLLS SURVIVAL 3720 SEA SERIES! The Bear Grylls Survival SEA 3723.R3 Limited Edition, with only 333 pieces available worldwide and the design is of the original SEA collection but with a different theme/colour.

We’ve finally come to the end of the outdoor survival tips! This last part teaches us how we can create signals to reach out to rescuers and let us know where we are. There are various methods available; creating smoke from a fire, using a mirror or reflective object to produce a light signal, or to use Morse code to bring our messages across. For the 3rd instalment, the Bear Gryll Survival Academy shows us how we can use the natural elements, specifically mud, to protect ourselves from the harsh environments of the outdoors. Mud protects us from the sun, to prevent sun burns, and from insect bites. Prevention of such irritants will help us to conserve energy and use that same energy to travel to the rescue destination instead. Mud also masks our scent from predators, tricking them into thinking we are part of the environment. Check the video out!
